  • Wine glasses glow with the blue tone of dusk as more than 150 guests gather for a sustainable food dining experience during an Outstanding in the Field event hosted at Fountain Prairie Farm in Fall River, Wis., on Aug. 16, 2008. Founded by artist and chef Jim Denevan, Outstanding in the Field is a roving culinary adventure that re-connect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and honors the local farmers, food artisans, winemakers and chefs who cultivate the food and drink. Fountain Prairie Farm, owned by John and Dorothy Priske, raises Berkshire pigs and grass-fed Highland cattle.
