Working under the shade of greenhouse cover, farmers transplant guava plants at Heroes of Yaguajay, a 182-member cooperative farm in the San Antonio de Los Banos region, Havana Province of Cuba, on Jan. 10, 2004. Using predominantly organic farming methods, the 400-hectare farm produces crops such as potato, sweet potato, plantains and guava for state contract.
